This class focuses on the fundamentals of classic pasta making.
You will learn how to make a classic egg dough using the "well method" and then roll out fettuccine that you can bring home. You will also learn how to make a simple sauce to accompany your freshly made pasta.
A glass of wine, or beverage of your choice, and pasta and sauce tasting will round out your experience.

Flour, Water, and Elbow Grease ~
Along with some common kitchen items, that's all you need to make hand-shaped pasta.
We will make a variety of shapes using both common kitchen items and specialty equipment to give our pastas fun shapes and textures
A glass of wine, or beverage of your choice, and pasta and sauce tasting will round out your experience.

Perfect Pasta Pillows!!
We will start the class by making our classic egg dough.
While the dough rests, we will head to the kitchen and cook up 2 different ravioli with 2 different sauces to taste. Next we will make a traditional cheese filling, then roll and fill our pasta (which you get to take home with you!!)
A glass of wine, or beverage of your choice, and pasta and sauce tasting will round out your experience.

In this class, you will learn to make not one, but two different types of gnocchi!
We will start out making ricotta gnocchi and then head to the kitchen for a sauce demo which will be paired with our freshly rolled gnocchi and a glass of wine. You will also taste a baked potato gnocchi, hot out of the oven.
Next we will go back to the pasta room where we will make fluffy potato gnocchi that you will take home with you.

Class Policies
All classes are in-person at our physical shop location, unless otherwise discussed before confirming. Please read through the following policies concerning cancellation. By signing up for class, you are agreeing to be held to these policies.
Cancellations and Refunds:
• We will refund 50% of class fees for cancellations made more than 5 days in advance of class date
• Classes are non-refundable if canceled 5 days or less in advance
• Students may send a substitute in their place if unable to attend. Please call to let us know who will be joining us
• Classes cannot be transferred to another date after booking.
*Classes booked with Gift Certificates are subject to the same policies
Pasta making can get messy. Trust us on this! We will provide aprons to keep your clothes cleanish (they are washed after each class). Please wear comfortable, close-toed shoes and please secure long hair.
