From Sicily
to Milwaukee
This photo represents three generations of immigrants from Chiusa Sclafani, Sicily. My grandma, Rosaria Burgarino Bruno, is the little girl on the top left. She taught me, my sister, and my cousins, how to cook, but more importantly, she taught us how to make everyone feel like they are family.
When I make pasta for you, know that you are now a part of the Semolina Family.
